I wish I could give you 6 stars! I just received my Christmas Dresden Neighborhood kit and am thrilled with it. You’ve taken the time to carefully put together and label everything I will need to complete this project along with some very helpful tips about applique and final placement onto the background. The Wedding Star  Table Topper on Zoom was an absolutely fabulous class! Kathy Groves is an outstanding instructor with excellent instructional skills; she is never rushed giving instructions. Moreover, Kathy is patient and very eager to help students. I have taken other classes from a QW certified instructor where I could not see or hear what the instructor was showing us. If, I or others asked questions were were blown off or the instructor told another student to see what we needed. I felt as though, Kathy valued her students! I will be taking more classes with Kathy. I find the Zoom classes superior to in shop classes because I can see, hear and replay the instructions.

I really like your hybrid teaching concept with great in-person instruction, supplemented with videos shared before and available for review after the retreat.  I think that is more of the way the future will look.  Many traditional quilters like the in-person sessions, and I understand that. But those of us with jobs and kids and other responsibilities cannot afford to be away for long periods of time.  While this was a table topper class,  I did purchase a queen size pattern, so it was worth going thru the class versus doing something from videos only.
