Quilting in the Lowlands

I’m thrilled announce that I’ll be joining the faculty for the 2026 Quiltworx retreat Quilting in the Lowlands.  Come quilt with us in the beautiful northeastern part of The Netherlands.   We’ll be staying at the Fletcher Hotel in Exloo, about 2 hours by car, east of Amsterdam, near the Drentsche Aa National Park. This area is known for its meandering river, great walking and cycling trails and a relaxing setting.

This 10 day retreat will be English spoken and presented by an international team of instructors including Netherlands-based Certified Instructor and host,  Marianne Martens-Niemeijer,  May Black a fellow US-based C.I. and and two more Netherland-based instructors Inge Janssens and Janet Wielinga in addition to myself! Check out the link below for the details on this inclusive, 10 day, quilt focused get away with lots of perks and support!

While 2026 seems like a long time away, don’t wait too long to register, there is space for about 30 quilters and  we are almost halfway booked!   Registrants to-date are coming from the USA, Canada, Ireland, Great Britain and the Netherlands!   I hope you’ll join us for this great retreat!
