I love my beautiful Feathered Star Quilt! Kathy is an AMAZING instructor! I got seven of my friends together and Kathy did a workshop just for us! Kathy even showed me how my quilt would look with various colors on Quiltster.

I really like your hybrid teaching concept with great in-person instruction, supplemented with videos shared before and available for review after the retreat.  I think that is more of the way the future will look.  Many traditional quilters like the in-person sessions, and I understand that. But those of us with jobs and kids and other responsibilities cannot afford to be away for long periods of time.  While this was a table topper class,  I did purchase a queen size pattern, so it was worth going thru the class versus doing something from videos only.

I LOVE your class!  I have never enjoyed “doing a Judy” SO much! I wanted to tell you that the way you teach is fantastic.  I was all cut out for Friday’s class and it was because your video on cutting was PERFECT.  For me, it was just the right mix of  show and teachI can’t wait til next class.  (And I am figuring out what class I will do next!)
