Fairie Wings is a foundation paper pieced pattern designed by Judy and Brad Niemeyer of Quiltworx. This fast, simple beginner friendly pattern is a great option for learning how to add sashing strips and complete the curved paper piecing technique that Judy uses in so many of her patterns. The 40 X 40 inch pattern makes a great baby quilt! The pattern is Quiltster friendly so you can plan your quilt and plan your colors and fabrics so you’ll know exactly how much fabric to buy and exactly what it will look like before you shop for fabric.
This course is taught much like my Zoom classes, except that you’re in control! through a series of 14 on-demand videos that you watch at your convenience. There are is a total of nearly 11 hours of high quality instruction provided through this course. Multiple cameras let you see the pattern, documents, cutting table, sewing machine bed, pressing table. You always get the best view in the house! The videos are streamed to your phone, tablet or computer and stored in cloud and you can watch them as many times as you want, starting and stopping, rewinding as you need to. Plus, I’m available to personally answer you questions or an occasional check-in by email, text and phone. Most Importantly, I’m here to support you until you’re quilt top is done!
