This ruler was designed for the Dinner Plate Dahlia Quilt — but is EXTREMELY useful for trimming any curved piecing portion of a quilt. The curve may not be exact — but trimming a curve with a curved ruler is so much easier than trying to use a straight edged ruler! The gentle curve and the dashed 1/4 inch seam line allows you to “walk” the ruler around the curve you’re trimming with fewer adjustments while maintaining your 1/4″ seam allowance.

This is one of my absolute GO-TO RULERS! You’ll love it if you love Quiltworx patterns.
