I enjoyed the class today even though I wasn’t doing the actual Judy Niemeyer quilt that was being taught. My feedback is that I would like to have seen a little more of the actual stitching, especially doing the inside

I enjoyed the class today even though I wasn’t doing the actual Judy Niemeyer quilt that was being taught. My feedback is that I would like to have seen a little more of the actual stitching, especially doing the inside & outside points. I did have some interruptions on my side when you was talking about the threads to use & I’ll go back and watch that (the advantage of sharing the class recordings!) I did enjoy seeing the needle books, I will have to do that also.

I was all cut out for Friday’s class and it was because your video on cutting was PERFECT. For me, it was just the right mix of show and teachI can’t wait til next class. I had tried paper piecing before, but not in the depth of the Judy Niemeyer classes. I didn’t care for pp until I took this class. I love Judy’s patterns and have been trying to find an instructor nearby. When I found out about Kathy’s zoom class, I felt it was just “meant to be”. I have learned so much from this class and I even purchased another Judy kit. It was a lot of fun and Kathy gave us plenty of time to do our homework! If anyone has been putting off doing a Judy pattern, I strongly recommend taking a zoom class from Kathy.

Can’t say enough about how fun, laid back, and informational this retreat has been! I can’t truly say I’m “bummed” about missing her next one because I’m going to Quiltworx (!!!) in October, but if it weren’t for that I’d be doing everything I could to be here. Fantastic teacher!!!
Excellent teacher!!! Fabulous knowledge and extremely helpful and patient!!! One of three instructors in a class of 60 quilters…yet very up beat and positive!!! Loved working with her and very grateful for all her help
