I am so pleased with the service I received with a recent order. Google maps made an error 20 years ago when I built my house and will not correct my location. This sometimes results in my packages being flagged as “no such address”. BobKat Quilts dealt quickly and professionally with me to get my order into my hands after it was returned. I enjoyed my quilt club’s 3 session zoom class. Zoom is a good way to give quilters continued access to classes during a time of social distancing, and the pattern Kathy chose for our group was the perfect one for a Judy Neimeyer Zoom class. Kathy was well prepared and very helpful throughout the class. She knows JN pattern construction very well and also provided many useful quilting tips I can use on other projects.

I really like your hybrid teaching concept with great in-person instruction, supplemented with videos shared before and available for review after the retreat. I think that is more of the way the future will look. Many traditional quilters like the in-person sessions, and I understand that. But those of us with jobs and kids and other responsibilities cannot afford to be away for long periods of time. While this was a table topper class, I did purchase a queen size pattern, so it was worth going thru the class versus doing something from videos only.

What a Great Class!

Never shy of a quilting challenge, I purchased a kit and began working on my first Judy Niemeyer quilt, Dinner Plate Dahlia. Everything went smoothly except for one small unit mid-pattern that I could not get my head around. While looking for help online, I discovered Kathy’s website and realized that she had pieced the cover photo for the Quiltworx pattern. I contacted Kathy and she responded quickly, setting me straight with just a few email messages. I am forever grateful for Kathy’s kindness and clear direction, and look forward to taking one of her online classes soon.
