I am so pleased with the service I received with a recent order. Google maps made an error 20 years ago when I built my house and will not correct my location. This sometimes results in my packages being flagged as “no such address”. BobKat Quilts dealt quickly and professionally with me to get my order into my hands after it was returned. This was my first Quiltworx pattern. Kathy made it easy & kept checking in with me after she got me started. Mistakes were easily corrected. I took considerably longer than the 2-6 hours but it came out really well. I felt like I had the experience to tackle a more complex pattern. Now I am doing Pepperdish with Kathy. With her organization and clear explanations this has been a great experience!

In addition to the interactive classes, the instructional videos online are so detailed and you can watch them over and over. I highly recommend her classes.

Never shy of a quilting challenge, I purchased a kit and began working on my first Judy Niemeyer quilt, Dinner Plate Dahlia. Everything went smoothly except for one small unit mid-pattern that I could not get my head around. While looking for help online, I discovered Kathy’s website and realized that she had pieced the cover photo for the Quiltworx pattern. I contacted Kathy and she responded quickly, setting me straight with just a few email messages. I am forever grateful for Kathy’s kindness and clear direction, and look forward to taking one of her online classes soon.
