For the first time in over 9 years I finally know what to do and how to read Quiltworx pattterns! I owe it all to Kathy Groves and her BobKat Quilts zoom classes. I love the fact that if I didn’t understand all the instructions the first time around I can always review the recorded zoom class. This was my first Quiltworx pattern. Kathy made it easy & kept checking in with me after she got me started. Mistakes were easily corrected. I took considerably longer than the 2-6 hours but it came out really well.

This was my first Quiltworx pattern. Kathy made it easy & kept checking in with me after she got me started. Mistakes were easily corrected. I took considerably longer than the 2-6 hours but it came out really well. I felt like I had the experience to tackle a more complex pattern. Now I am doing Pepperdish with Kathy. With her organization and clear explanations this has been a great experience!

I enjoyed the class today even though I wasn’t doing the actual Judy Niemeyer quilt that was being taught. My feedback is that I would like to have seen a little more of the actual stitching, especially doing the inside

I enjoyed the class today even though I wasn’t doing the actual Judy Niemeyer quilt that was being taught. My feedback is that I would like to have seen a little more of the actual stitching, especially doing the inside & outside points. I did have some interruptions on my side when you was talking about the threads to use & I’ll go back and watch that (the advantage of sharing the class recordings!) I did enjoy seeing the needle books, I will have to do that also.
