I really like your hybrid teaching concept with great in-person instruction, supplemented with videos shared before and available for review after the retreat.  I think that is more of the way the future will look.  Many traditional quilters like the in-person sessions, and I understand that. But those of us with jobs and kids and other responsibilities cannot afford to be away for long periods of time.  While this was a table topper class,  I did purchase a queen size pattern, so it was worth going thru the class versus doing something from videos only.

I took a zoom class for my Dinner Plate Dahlia from BobKat Quilts, It was a great series of classes. Kathy is a wonderful instructor who is always there for you.  In addition to the interactive classes, the instructional videos online are so detailed and you can watch them over and over. I highly recommend her classes.

I downloaded Quilworx 101 on demand class video to provide feedback. I have also taken zoom class with Kathy on Dinner Plate Dahlia several years ago.  The Quiltworx 101 video is an excellent introduction to the Quiltworx system. The instructions to download the video were very clear and worked as described!
