Dresden Neighborhood Kits contain the fabrics used to build your Halloween neighborhood.
Fabric kit includes everything needed to build your city. Halloween is on a gray background (3/4 yard provided) and kit includes fabric for a black binding. Pattern sold separately.
Fabric kits include “houses”, rooftops, doors and windows as well as the background fabric. House fabrics may not be identical to those in the picture — but will be equally pretty and fun. I will add 2 extra houses so you will have a little flexibility. Kit also includes 1/2 yard of Heat-N-Bond Ultra.
Fabric kits DO NOT include the Witch and bats applique — those are sold separately as is the Dresden Ruler and pattern.
