ACADIA in Shipshewana – April 2027

This looks to be such fun!  I love the new border piecing.  Applique will be optional with this pattern — more details will be available later in the year.  I’ll be in Kalispell in October sewing my quilt!  I can’t wait!

We’ll be retreating from Tuesday, April 13 (start sewing at 10:00 AM) and we will sew until Sunday afternoon (4:00 PM).  THAT IS 6 FULL DAYS OF SEWING!!!   Start early or sew late… or both!

You won’t be able to design your quilt in Quiltster until it is officially released to the general public — but with your paid registration — I can offer you design assistance so you can plan early and begin sourcing your fabrics even before the pattern is released.  Design your special quilt in your special colors!!  I can help.  I can then work with Yoder Department Store or The Cotton Corner to create your custom Quilt Kit.

Reserve your hotel rooms independently at The Farmstead Inn (request rooms in the west wing) or plan to stay at the nearby campground or check out some of the nearby VRBO / B&B options.  There are other hotels a little less pricey you may want to check out.  You do NOT need to stay at the host hotel to participate in the Retreat.  Guests at the hotel will have breakfast included in their hotel stay – but no other meals are provided.
