Dresden Neighborhood Kits contain the fabrics used to build your neighborhood.
Fabric kit includes everything needed to build your city. Kit includes a white background (3/4 yard provided) and kit includes fabric for binding. Pattern sold separately.
Fabric kits include “houses”, rooftops, doors and windows as well as the background fabric. House fabrics may not be identical to those in the picture — but will be equally pretty and fun. I will add 2 extra house fabrics so you will have a little flexibility. Kit also includes 1/2 yard of Heat-N-Bond Ultra.
Fabric kits DO NOT include the required ruler— Dresden Ruler.
