Two-Day

I enjoyed my quilt club’s 3 session zoom class. Zoom is a good way to give quilters continued access to classes during a time of social distancing,  and the pattern Kathy chose for our group was the perfect one for a Judy Neimeyer Zoom class. Kathy was well prepared and very helpful throughout the class. She knows JN pattern construction very well and also provided many useful quilting tips I can use on other projects.

Your explanation of  “Judy’s way” of paper piecing was very clear and easy to understand. You had some good tips to make it easier too. I liked having the card with the step-by-step process you could have in front of you to refer back to. You were so helpful to those who were new to this process and very patient with them until it finally clicked.
I would love to take another class with you!

Quiltster is a phenomenal tool.. and you made it even more useful for me in understanding the “sync” button and swapping out all fabrics from the print/fabric screen.
I wanted to let you know your approach to virtual teaching is total complete and truly well put together for your students success. Your use of PowerPoints and PDF electronic handouts all kept handy and accessible in an online folder add tremendous value to your classes.

I might add you come across very well in sharing compassionately with students of all levels of experience, keeping it fun and rewarding.
