I really like your hybrid teaching concept with great in-person instruction, supplemented with videos shared before and available for review after the retreat.  I think that is more of the way the future will look.  Many traditional quilters like the in-person sessions, and I understand that. But those of us with jobs and kids and other responsibilities cannot afford to be away for long periods of time.  While this was a table topper class,  I did purchase a queen size pattern, so it was worth going thru the class versus doing something from videos only.

I have been using Quiltster for about 6 months, but I wanted to know more.   I was concerned about how Kathy was going to fill 3 hours on the use of the Quiltster app. Kathy was extremely organized and very thorough in her presentation!  Kathy demonstrated features I had not fully used so she made the app so much more robust and usable for me!   I ended up extending my Quiltster subscription to annual!
I definitely recommend Kathy for any zoom class you need to complete your Judy Neimeyer/Quiltworx projects!

I had never tackled anything like the Dinner Plate Dahlia before.  I was really skeptical whether I could do it, but Kathy made it do-able.  I really appreciate not only Kathy’s help and instruction, but especially her support!  Great class, even better instructor! I met some really great classmates as well!
