I was thrilled when I found this class for the Twinkle Star. I wanted to be introduced to Judy Niemeyer paper piecing and this was the perfect way to do it. I thought I was going to have to do it on my own, purchased a Twinkle Star quilt kit over a year ago and hadn’t gotten to it. I will hopefully have time in the future to take more classes! Awesome teacher… No Travel Required!
I very much appreciated this class. It is so nice not to have to travel anywhere for instruction. Kathy is very knowledgeable . She is willing to take the time to help you . I highly recommend taking her class.

I purchased a Dinner Plate Dahlia quilt kit awhile back and I realized had no idea how to make that quilt. Then I found Kathy’s zoom class. I was so glad I took her class. She’s an excellent instructor. Very patient and does her best to make sure all students are following along. She’s very responsive to questions. The zoom platform is really much better than an in person class. It’s very easy to follow the instructor and see exactly what she’s doing unlike an in person class where your vision is obstructed by others. I plan on taking the Coral Reef class once I finish my DPD. Thanks Kathy for offering great classes!

Bali Star Wedding Ring table topper – Finished! I finally found all the pieces that were packed away when the hurricane tore the roof off of the sewing room. It got very wet and had a little color bleed- but,

Bali Star Wedding Ring table topper – Finished!
I finally found all the pieces that were packed away when the hurricane tore the roof off of the sewing room. It got very wet and had a little color bleed- but, that’ll be part of the memory! Once the building rebuild is completed, (slow going due to COVID and wide spread damages supply and demand) I plan to make the king size quilt in same pattern.
