I’m in Kathy’s Dinner Plate Dahlia Zoom class. I just signed up for the upcoming (March 2021) Coral Reef Zoom class as well! She’s a fantastic teacher. Clear and concise instructions and very helpful and patient.
Have you invested in an Embroidery Machine but have always been a little intimidated? Then I have the class series for you!
Join me at Honey Bee Quilt Store in Austin, Texas and let me help you discover the world of APPLIQUE using your Embroidery Sewing Machine!
The first session will focus on the process of finding designs (including those available for free at Accuquilt!) and taking them from a website to your embroidery machine! This class will meet LIVE in the Store – -just bring your computer and learn how easy it is to get your projects all set up and ready to sew!
The second session will be a ZOOM session — so no carting those heavy (EXPENSIVE) embroidery machines to the store! Just log in with your smartphone, tablet or computer and we’ll create our embroidery machine applique designs together!
You should have basic familiarity with your own embroidery machine!
In Store – Session #1: May 22 from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Zoom – Session #2: June 5 from 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM

My introduction to Quiltworx through Kathy’s first online ZOOM class. I’m hooked!
Your help was greatly appreciated. Being a beginner paper piecer, you did a great job in helping me understand the steps.
I took her online class and she was amazing! Everything I needed was listed in the preclass materials. Getting a front row seat (via Zoom) was great as was the ability to ask questions as we went along.
