Very thorough and knowledgeable teacher!
Here we are in a time when we can’t meet in person and there is a learning curve for everyone, but Kathy took it on and was able to succeed. I know she will see everyone through in completing their various projects. Kathy obviously is very comfortable teaching any class. Suggestions for Zoom would be to pre-record just the instructions for the day, and then take questions and open up for sewing, where appropriate. I really appreciate the instructions in the separate videos that were given after the fact. I would pay for classes that aren’t interactive, but are just the recordings. I’m sure I will take part in future classes.

Loved making my Fractured Star
I enjoyed the Zoom classes with my guild! I finally got my top done for Fractured Star and now I am contemplating quilting it. Kathy is a great teacher and provides extra help when needed.

This class is perfect for everyone — whether it is your first “Judy” quilt or you’ve done one before. Join me and I’ll share some of the tricks and techniques Judy has taught me during my hundreds of hours of study of the Quiltworx process.
Patterns should be purchased at https://bobkatquilts.com but supplies and fabrics are available at the quilt shop.
An optional prep day is February 10 — where I will be at the quilt shop to answer questions, help you choose fabrics, prepare your papers or even cut and bag your fabrics.
Join me! Contact Luv 2 Quilt to register! The class is all 3 dates — with the February 10 prep date optional. The first 2 class dates we will begin the sewing of your quilt components. Then you’ll return for the 3rd date where you will begin assembly of your completed paper pieced components.
