An amazing presentation, trunk show and workshop! Our members can’t stop talking about it! Thank you, Kathryn for a fantastic day of learning!
Thank you for help. I loved the card you gave us for the steps on paper piecing. Quiltworx University was a large class, so I really appreciated all the times you came to my station to offer help and advice.
Finished my quilt from the great workshop you did for Kokomo Piecemakers Quilt Guild. Now my only problem is which of the fantastic Quiltworx patterns I want to do next! Thanks so much I really learned a lot!
Are you a beginning quiltmaker? Or maybe you’ve been quilting for years — but are self taught and keep telling yourself – there has to be an easier way to do this! Either way — this class series is for you!
Packed with skills, techniques, tips and more… I’ll take you from start (picking fabrics) to finish (binding!!) and everything in-between.
We will make a number of sampler blocks that you can join together to create a table runner, a wall quilt — or go crazy and make lots of blocks for a bed quilt! With the skills you learn in this series — there won’t be a pattern you will pick up that you won’t know how to approach — and have the skills to give it a go!
All patterns will be provided (lots of variety — pick the block(s) you wish to make!) at the end of the course I’ll show you how to assemble your favorite blocks into a keepsake sampler quit. No one else will have one like yours!
All classes will on Tuesdays from 4:00 – 5:30 PM CST (we might occasionally run a little long — we’ll play it by ear!)
March 1, 8, 15, 22, and April 5 and April 12
We’ll give you a little time to sew the number of blocks you want to make, and play with your final layout.
Then we’ll meet one last time on April 26th — for binding and finishing!
Zoom classes are recorded — so if you miss a live session — or wish to re-watch a skill or technique — it’s only a click away!
(and you can review the classes for months after the live classes have ended!)
Don’t Take My Word For It…
A class like this was the door that opened up the world of quilting for me. I wanted to create a similar experience for others. I think I’ve succeeded, read what others have said about this class here and here.
