Our Goal is to provide you with high quality products and instruction at a fair price resulting in high quality quilts and sewing projects for you. We want you to be delighted with your purchases, and we hope you’ll be a repeat customer and you will recommend us to others!
Physical Products
Generally, you may return any physical product, unopened, in its original packaging with-in 14 days of receipt for a full refund or a store credit. After 14 days and up to 60 days any physical product unopened, in it’s original packaging may be returned for a BobKat Quilts Store credit.

Classes, Workshops and Retreats, produced and hosted by BobKat Quilts
Unless otherwise stated, deposits and registration fees for courses, workshops and retreats are refundable until 10 days before the first meeting or the first distribution of class materials, links to videos, course documents or other class instructions or content, less a 10% fee to cover credit card processing and other administrative costs.
Requests for a refund due to withdrawal or canceling participation in a course, workshop or retreat after the distribution of class materials will be at BobKat Quilts discretion and will typically be limited to a BobKat Quilts Store credit.

Classes, Workshops and Retreats, NOT produced and hosted by BobKat Quilts
Kathy Groves and BobKat Quilts often participates in classes, workshops and retreats hosted or sponsored by others. If you pay your registration fee to any entity other than BobKat Quilts, that entity will determine their own refund or cancelation policy.
