Description
The Log Cabin foundation paper units are designed using a technique in which part of the pieced block units are cut away after the paper piecing is completed. The cut-a-way sections are then replaced with a secondary design element referred to as the circling geese units. The Lincoln Log Cabin table topper is a fun, easy, and quick project for teaching or learning the basic steps to foundation paper piecing and curved piecing. This project was designed to be Fat-Quarter friendly, using a combination of (4) light and (4) dark fabrics!
Quilt finishes at 24″ x 24″ without border — 31″ x 31″ with border.
Want to make it larger — just buy a package or two of replacement papers and keep sewing!
