I did the Harboured Lighthouse quilt as a zoom class with Kathy. It was easy to follow along during the class. If I missed anything or wanted to recheck part it’s easy to watch the class again. Kathy is always available for questions and always got back to me quickly.

The Wedding Star  Table Topper on Zoom was an absolutely fabulous class! Kathy Groves is an outstanding instructor with excellent instructional skills; she is never rushed giving instructions. Moreover, Kathy is patient and very eager to help students. I have taken other classes from a QW certified instructor where I could not see or hear what the instructor was showing us. If, I or others asked questions were were blown off or the instructor told another student to see what we needed. I felt as though, Kathy valued her students! I will be taking more classes with Kathy. I find the Zoom classes superior to in shop classes because I can see, hear and replay the instructions.

Genesee Stars Quilt Guild had a workshop on April 20, 2018. She taught the Quiltworx pattern, Stormy Seas, and we had a wonderful day! She was patient with our questions, and offered followup help to finish the project. We would definitely have her come again. Thanks Kathy!
