SUMMARY:BobKat's Quiltworx Retreat - Autumn 2027 in Shipshewana\, IN
DESCRIPTION:I hope you’ll join me next fall in beautiful Shipshewana\, Indiana!  Don’t miss your opportunity to visit the  quaint Amish Village in September 2027 to work on  your Quiltworx  Quilt!  Come work on your Arcadia Quilt\, Jungle Magnolia\, or any pattern you choose!  I will be announcing a featured quilt in the next few weeks — and as always\, with your registration you will receive the full video series for the featured pattern.  Working on something other than the featured pattern — if I have taught it via Zoom — you’ll receive the video series at no additional cost.  This is up to a $300 value!  It also guarantees that you can come prepared and finish your quilt after the retreat concludes! \nI’m certain that this is the perfect retreat for you!   You can be a TOTAL beginning paper-piecing quilt maker or you can have completed many!    Paper piecing makes the sewing perfectly do-able for quiltmakers of all skill levels.  If you have always wanted to make a Quiltworx quilt — but have been nervous about taking it on… on your own — then this is PERFECT for you.  Meet lots of Quiltworx fans who will happily give you encouragement and support from the first minute until the last.  Bring those lingering projects that got put on the “I’ll work on you later” pile — or bring the one you’ve yet to tackle!  Wherever possible — you’ll receive full ZOOM CLASS SUPPORT for your pattern at no additional charge. \nWe’ll be retreating from Tuesday\, September 14th (start sewing at 9:00 AM) and we will sew until Sunday afternoon (4:00 PM).  THAT IS 6 FULL DAYS OF SEWING!!!   Start early or sew late… or both!   My retreats are casual in nature but packed with lots of opportunity for learning\, making new friends\, shopping the THOUSANDS of fabrics you’ll find in Shipshewana.  And the food…  OMG!!  Lots of very delicious home cooking options! \nLocated in northeastern Indiana – it is the heart of Indiana Amish country.  Within walking distance from the sewing room\, a visit to Yoder Department Store or The Cotton Corner will give you THOUSANDS of bolts of fabrics to choose from.  Just a little further away –  Lolly’s\,  Essenhaus Quilt Shop\, Caroline’s\, Zincks\, Fabric Utopia and more!  And don’t forget your stop at JoJo’s Pretzels or Ben’s Pretzels!  Yummy is the word of the day! \nBased upon the pattern you plan to work on – I’ll provide you access to the Zoom Series for that pattern (if available).  You can get started early or wait until the retreat to get going.  Videos for patterns you wish to work on will be based upon availability – but I have dozens of patterns ready and waiting for you.  You could pay as much as $300 for one of the Zoom series alone!  But as always — my support before AND after the retreat is there — just email and ask your question! \nThis is a perfect opportunity to finish up a lingering pattern (like maybe your Arcadia\, Jungle Magnolia or your Carnival Flower???).  Sew at the retreat and use the videos to provide instructional support before and after! \nReserve your seat today.   Seats will fill up fast!  So register as soon as possible to make sure you will have your seat.  Each retreater has a full table table and there is room for auxillary tables like Sew EZs or similar tables.   Grab a friend and sign up today! \nFull payment (or balance after deposit)\, is due b y June 30\, 2027.  Refunds available through August 15 less 10%.  After that\, any refund is at the discretion of BobKat Quilts. \nExtra Bonus! – Pay in full before March 31st and use coupon code Early-Bird-AU27 to save $75.    Refunds available through February 28 less 10%\,  after that\, any refund is at the discretion of BobKat Quilts. \n \nI hope you’ll consider joining me.  With the video support included — this is a GREAT value — 6 days of sewing and the full Zoom Series and my support from start to finish regardless of your timeline\, even if you need support finishing your quilt after the retreat! \nReserve your hotel rooms independently at The Farmstead Inn (request rooms in the west wing) or plan to stay at the nearby campground or check out some of the nearby VRBO/B&B options.  There are other hotels a little less pricey you may want to check out as well.  You do NOT need to stay at the host hotel to participate in the Retreat.  Guests at the hotel will have breakfast included in their hotel stay – but no other meals are pr \novided. \nWith your paid registration — you’ll receive a coupon code for a 25% savings on all notions Quiltworx patterns!  This might be a great time to stock up on the 2 or 3 you’ve been wanting to do!   Order early and save shipping!  Just add a note to your order to “please bring to Shipshewana”. \nReach out if you have any questions.  This is a relaxing fun retreat in a beautiful location!  How can  you lose! \n \n \n  \n  \n  \n
