BobKat has been busy…

Where has the time gone?  I confess (not that it is of any surprise to you) that I do not post to the blog with any degree of regularity.  But some things are changing and I wanted to share.

First:  I’ve been busy sewing.  I’ve added to my Quiltworx repertoire with quilts like Red River Star, Moroccan Courtyard, Sea Holly and most recently, Dinner Plate Dahlia!

Dinner Plate Dahlia is the new Quiltworx Technique of the Month Quilt.  The pattern will be released  in January 2019 and classes are popping up everywhere!  You’ll find me teaching one at Country Stitches in East Lansing — starting in February and running through late spring!  Stay tuned for the details!

I’ve been fortunate to have my quilt displayed at International Quilt Market in Houston next week in the Alison Glass booth.  The quilt was made using her Sun Print 2018 fabrics.  You’ll also find it on the cover of one of the pattern chapter covers!

On another note — you may have heard.  We (my family) are moving!  Austin, Texas here I come.  Not till earlyl 2019 but I will be making trips back to Michigan for a while and would love to tie my visit into a class with your shop or your guild.  So follow me on Facebook to keep track of my comings and goings between Texas and Michigan!

I hope I’ll see you in class very soon!
